Built for the half of training nobody talks about: mobility, deep core, joint health, and the work that lets you keep training hard for years without breaking. Think your favourite pilates class, elevated and led by your favourite HIIT instructor — lights, music, action.

K-Method

Developed by founder Karina V, K-Method is the secret sauce to getting strong and sculpted. Combining weight training with Pilates-based movement to build lean muscle, strengthen your core, and create a body that’s powerful and balanced. Music-driven, full-body, and built to deliver results you’ll actually feel.

This variation turns up the volume on your glutes and core — expect extra attention on everything from your hips to your hamstrings.

Arms & Abs

This variation zones in on your upper body and core — expect targeted work through your shoulders, triceps, and deep abdominals.

Pilates Sculpt

Pulse

Set to the beat and designed to burn. PULSE is a full-body Pilates sculpt class that weaves classical and contemporary mat work into a low-impact, high-intention experience designed to tone, lengthen, and light up your core. Precise, music-driven, and completely addictive.

Extra burn for your glutes and core — pulses, holds, and mat work that will have your lower body shaking in the best way.

Non-stop movement. Relentless burn. TREMBLE is a cardio sculpt class built on light weights, volume training, pulses, and isometric holds — all set to the beat so you never stop moving. Your heart rate stays up, your muscles stay on fire, and by the end, you’ll know exactly why it’s called TREMBLE.

Recover

Find your way back to yourself. RECOVER is our dedicated space for stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement — available heated or non-heated depending on how your body needs it most.

Variations

Flow — Upbeat Flow

Move, breathe, reset. An upbeat yoga-inspired class that links breath to movement in a feel-good sequence designed to open the body, release tension, and leave you energized. Available heated or non-heated.

Melt — Slow Flow

Slow down to feel everything. A deep, unhurried flow that releases tight muscles, improves mobility, and brings your nervous system back to baseline. Available heated or non-heated.

Detox — Lymphatic + Yin

Gentle lymphatic drainage movement combined with long-held yin poses to flush the body, reduce inflammation, and support deep recovery from the inside out. Available heated or non-heated.

The Temperature

Pick your heat.

Infrared

Deep, dry heat that warms tissue from inside-out. Easier on the lungs than steam, faster recovery for the body.

Warm

Comfortable warmth that loosens muscles without dominating the room. The default for most members.

Cool

Non-heated. For days when you want the work without the sweat — pre + post natal, deep mobility, recovery.
