Heavy compound lift stations, ERG-based cardio machines, and real track-work for real athletes. Think your favourite instructor, in your favourite HIIT class, with every piece of equipment you need to take it to the next level.

Primal Power

A full body focused circuit class with heavy lifts, partner support, and controlled movement. Train with purpose, prioritize form, and push your limits. Expect barbells, landmine work, and a serious burn. You’ll leave stronger — and not alone.

Weds & Thurs

Primal Perform

A full body, high-energy circuit built for speed, power, and endurance. Sprint, push, and grind through sleds, carries, and intervals. Combining conditioning and strength, this fast-paced class boosts speed, endurance, and fat loss.

Fri, Sat & Sun

Weekend Warrior: Upper Dominant

An upper-body workout focused on strength, control, and endurance. Build power and balance with presses, rows, carries, and targeted accessory work. Move with control, push your effort, and stay consistent through every rep. Scalable for all levels.

Fri, Sat & Sun

Weekend Warrior: Lower Dominant

A lower-body workout focused on strength, control, and stability. Build real power with squats, hinges, lunges, and sled work. Move with purpose, stay steady, and focus on good form. Scalable for all levels.

Sat & Sun

Hyrox Elite

A next-level class built for HYROX-style training — combining strength, conditioning, and endurance. Train with intervals, race-style efforts, sled pushes, carries, and high-output cardio. Build speed, stamina, and learn to manage fatigue under pressure. Scalable for all levels, but designed to push your performance.

Sat & Sun

Insanity

One class. Twice a week. No mercy. A high-intensity, full-body workout mixing strength, speed, and cardio. Expect heavy lifts, tough circuits, and brutal finishers. You’ll go longer, lift heavier, and push past your limits.

Primal Awakening

You can do this — and this class helps you believe it. Learn the basics, build confidence, and move with purpose. This is your starting point to train better and get stronger. A full-body mix of strength and conditioning using sleds, kettlebells, and cardio. Every movement is coached so you learn proper form. Scalable for all levels and built to challenge you safely.
